It has been finally completed. The master piece work of art that my fellow Sisters of Battle get stuck with for the foreseeable future. That's right, the White Dwarf codex is complete. After reading it, I can see it was not the fully operational death star we all hoped for. Heck it wasn't even better than the old codex in my opinion.

It will be a quick one this week. I did not get a ton of hobbying done, but did get some. I'm still in the HoP Idol contest, so that took a little time. I did some assembly on my orks and stormraven. I found some bargains on eBay too.

Revisiting The Sponsorship Debate





So I wrote an article for my blog a while back on 40k sponsorships and players. I recently had to use the article for House of Paincakes Idol contest and it got me thinking more on the subject.

Now before everyone flips out, I'm looking to get some good feedback for or against. Let's keep it civil and make good arguements for or against. My goal is to revist the topic and maybe use the opinions and arguements here.

Some recent events makes me think this is happening faster than we all realize.

My Army Spotlight: Crimson Fists

Eye candy time! I got a good number of pictures taken today and I want to do an article on each of my armies. Basically this will just be a bunch of eye candy for you. As I add units, I may come back and add pictures, giving me a place readers can view my stuff.

Captain Slaughter

Today I spent a good couple hours watching Captain Slaughter's Rejects. Something about it totally hit my funny bone. Some are better than others, but they are entertaining.

Miniwargaming has alot of good videos and I enjoy watching Matt and Dave. I would highly recommend stopping over and checking out their site. They also have a ton of really good Gamesday 2011 coverage.

Project Khornefield

Its official! Project Khornefield has begone with the first purchase. Army list looks good and the price breakdown looks surprisingly cheap for a 40k army..

VLog #1, Sisters of Battle ramblings

So I had some free time on my way to a game. I thought I would throw down some ideas and put up a Vlog. Road was super hilly and bumpy and my tailgate was making an annoying squeaking. I hope to do one of these a week, so check it out.

Gamers; some of the nicest people!

I recently made a trip to play a game of 40k vs someone I had only "met" on the internet. Lately all my games have been at tournaments or arranged to be played at a store/neutral site. What I experienced was that sometimes it really pays to go out of your comfort zone and just take a chance.
